Fly On The Wall: Catching Up

It has been a while since I've done a Fly On The Wall post. If you've followed me on Crazy Mama Llama for awhile, through the various name changes, then you know what this is. But for those who are new, a Fly On The Wall post is part of a monthly challenge where I take you through the parts of my life that you likely wouldn't get to typically see.

January saw the start of the end of my career as a property manager. I didn't care much for the direction my job was going in, so I started looking for something different.
I was diagnosed with a fibroid in January. Made a lot of sense of everything that was going on with me health wise.
We got away for a little weekend get away that was soooo needed. We went to Orlando for the night and just enjoyed hanging out with each other, playing mini-golf and going to an arcade.

February saw the death of my stepmom. We had to go to Kentucky for her service. Being that we live in Florida, it was hot when we left and SOOOOO cold when we got to KY.
We brought the flu back with us, which made for a fun time during our next adventure....
WE SAW HAMILTON!!!
It was absolutely AMAZING and I cried during the whole thing.
We also welcomed 3 new pets....meet Angelica, Eliza and Peggy.
Yes....those are rats.....I love them!
In March, we went to Pride...
Our youngest, who is non-binary or genderfluid, was THRILLED to go in their new hairdo and outfit.
Our daughter, who is bisexual, was THRILLED to buy a Bisexual Pride flag.

Our son, who is straight, was THRILLED to be there to support his siblings, family and friends.
April was pretty uneventful, but May brought the adventure of a lifetime for my family.
WE WENT ON A CRUISE!
Here is a picture of the kids in Cozumel.
We had so much fun...it was a blast and I can't wait to go on another one.

In June, we surprised the husband with tickets to a Ray's game for Father's Day.

July saw A and S turn 15.
They are now studying to get their permit.

August saw C turn 10.

In September, the husband and I celebrated our 11th wedding anniversary.

This month, we've made it to the zoo.
My new job is making family time kinda hard, plus S and A have been working on weekends doing various jobs and we just mostly stay home now.

Boomer, the doggo is still weird.

Oh.....and I FINALLY finished school.

That's a BA in English Language and Literature. Next step is getting my teaching certificate and finding a job teaching online.

That's basically my year in review......see what my friends have going on!
